    Strong wrist strong punching:

This is my theory. Some might agree or disagree.
Well, I know stronger the wrist the harder your punch become.
I know the way I train my forearms and wrist with variations.
Once I applied hit a object ,I hit much harder, from my forearm and wrist training. As In martial arts It help break brick ,boards, and striking.
My mind think punching through something or object. With that I have more power in my punching.

it's the weakest link in the chain theory right? the energy of a punch is generated from the ground, through the thigh, the back muscle, abs and obliques, chest muscle, shoulder muscle, triceps, elbow, forearm, wrist and knuckles. the weakest link in the chain will cause less power.

I know out of personal experience, at a certain point, i started punchin harder and harder, and my wrist started hurting. it helped when i started using another handwrapping technique, more over my forearm to disperse the energy more.

the elasticity of your wrist absorbs punch force, the stronger your wrist the stronger your punch.
