    when you breath in through your mouth your more tempted to take short cheat breaths which makes you breath more and can leave you at times with out oxygen when you need it.


    theres also something about the air picking up less humidity on the way to the lungs being less dehydrating, and there are diffrent things connected to your brain that the air hits first only when it goes through your nose.
