    I didnt get a chance to see the videos earlier, I hope that ball doesnt bounce off from under you while doing the one arms.

      it about about control and balance...that what make it a hard to accomplish.plus, you have to have exposiveness and strong wrist.

          nope! im just a strenght and conditioning fanatic. but i do know how you can develop speed and power in your striking.isometric helpful for anyone...think of a chimpeze they have very strong tendon and ligaments.that why they 3 to 5 time stronger than an a
          man. as a striker,you want to have a strong wrist,so that it wont get injured,plus isometric with help boost your punching power.
