you mean squat down shoulders square with the knees,hands up and throw a punch either in singular motion or in multiple combination sequences with correct posture and hand shoulder coordination with hip and foot proper rotation,i think it is the best way too

i dont believe in all this high tech training.to me it just to look cute and fancy..i love it raw hard work and effort.

i used to box as a kid,but a eye injury kept me out...so i took up some martial art didnt like karate...so now im a strenght and conditioning performer/crossfit.been training for 22 years. i want to perform feats of strengths/bodyweight ,grip contest,krav maga,armwrestling,and break some world records.
