    i am 18 weigh about 187 pounds and my trainer said that i need to lose 10 pounds well i cut all the soda and chips and stuff out so i dont eat that anymore so can anyone help i work nightshift by the way so it might be a little in reverse but help would be much appreciated

    drink water, 100% fruit juice (if you can't stomach water all the time) and clean up your diet. Avoid processed foods and eat fruits, vegetables, whole wheat bread (if you must have bread), chicken, beef, fish preferably grilled or baked; avoid fried foods and do plenty of cardio. It sounds like alot but it's not that bad. Also toucan have a cheat meal once a week. I have no idea how people constantly type down cheat day. I can't eat crazy for a whole day but for one meal out of that day I will eat something cast I may be craving. Good luck.
