Go to the body. Can't move your chest as much as you can move your head so it's a more stationary target. Couple good shots to the chest will slow him down.
the best way is to figure out how your opponent reacts to certain punches, for instance, left jab --> step outside, right straight --> step inside, left hook --> slip outside, right hook --> slipt outside.
once you figure out your opponent's movements somewhat, u can start feinting him and then hitting him hard where his head goes in a good counter. for instance, i make my opponent slip the left jab (so he leans outwards) step back and hard in the face with an left uppercut.. and from there on. works for me.
drop the jab to his chest, drop the powerpunches to his body, throw in combinations and use feints, be assertive but stay smart.
also one thing that hasnt been mentioned is to switch up your rhytm, dont throw punches with the same speed. for example..
if u throw a 1-1-2 throw a quick jab then a slightly slower one and then a full speed right hand, the second jab wont land it will destract him and as u raise the tempo the fast right hand will catch him completely of guard (zab landing that famous left hand on floyd is a great example of this).
practise by hitting the heavybag like your beating a drum, then make up diffrent unpredictable rhytms for your combinations, it will help against any type of fighter. floyd didnt let zab get of in combinations in addition to figuring out his feints and angles, thats why he shut down his offense.
guys with headmovement more so than other fighters u need to keep them guessing, if u do that they have no chance to get out of the way of your shots which in turn will make it hard for them to get their own punches of.
