    Cushioning?

Hey guy I know I been asking a lot of questions about handwraps lately but this is the last one.

So I was at the gym today and my trainer said I hit too hard to be only using handwraps over my knuckles and said I should add a cushion over my knuckles and tape it there.

Question is what should I use for the cushioning? And where can I get it?

You can buy knuckle pads from all good boxing stores. I ordered mine online from winning.

Are the winning knuckle guards any good?

It's either the winnings or the ringside.

I got a pair of those:

Pretty good stuff to get optimal protection when you are digging on the bag but don't put those on for sparring it will make your gloves too compact and hard as hell.

Yea they are good, i like them. I haven't used the ringside ones but most branded pads are the same tbh. A pads a pad to a certain extent.

                Hmm.

So I'm stuck on the winning, ringside and rivals.

But I'm leaning towards the winning since winning is known for their quality.

So do the winning knucke guards have finger holes in them?
