    Eating what u want, but still training hard?

    does it work.

    i love my junk food, but i still train hard, am not fat but not real ripped, do u can see my abs and biceps pretty good.

    do u think this is a good moto?

    No it doesn't work. Looking fit and strong is totally different to actually being fit and strong. It depends which one you want to be.

    Don't get me wrong though the harder you train the more you can spoil yourself.

      First of all, I don't believe in it. I cut down from 12 percent body fat to 5 percent body fat and I really believe that my diet had a lot to do with it...



      BUT... Chad Ochocinco supposedly eats burger king every day and came into training camp this year at 2 percent body fat. ****ing freak.

            Depends how young you are/how good your metabolism is.. from 16-21 i ate as much **** as i wanted and was really fit as i played football a lot and couldn't drive so choose to walk to work 4 miles each way rather then catch a bus.

            Im now 23 and gained a bit of weight but that could be down to me playing a lot less sports

              Man I do the same. I train hard and eat whateva I wants, but I kinda notice that sometimes that the food I be eatin really isnt the right thing to eat... all that junk food be makin me sluggish
