    How do you train for high altitude?

    How do you train for high altitude? such a mountain climbing in Everest?

    You do cardio at high altitude.

    Other mountains etc.

        Well, you ideally want to train at the highest altitude you can. Obviously if you were a professional, you could go to other countries etc. But try and find the highest point.

        It's more to do with the fact that training at high altitude gets you used to the lack of oxygen.

                Yeah, obviously you'll have to travel to another country if you want to come close to that height.

                But training at high altitude ( even if it's not that high ) will still help. Obviously before you do Everest you'd do climbs on other large mountains. You'd have to work your way up, you couldn't just go straight to Everest unless you're with a team of professionals.
