An example would be for an Olympic sprinter to study tapes and do the same work out that a 20 mile marathon runner does. It hurts you more then anything. Stick to your sprints(Running, bag and pad work, jump rope).

Not an amazing lot of use though, we all train with those exercises! And the questions are a bit general.

Do you train?
