Excellent diet.
Two things though:
1. How are your energy levels? you don't seem to eat much. Do you recover well from training?
2. You might want to invest in a protein supplement to increase the amount of protein in your diet.
don't be afraid of putting more dairy into your diet, like cheese and milk. As well as yoghurts, nuts and more fruit.

Got a question about protein. Im a boxer myself and will compete in my first fight on September. I am 6' ft tall and weigh 180 pounds. I don't want to loose muscle but want to cut a bit of weight. What should my daily intake of proteins be?
