Get some baby spinach and cut it up and put it in eggs (scrambled or omlette). You won't get a full serving since that's like 2/3 of a cup I think (which is a lot) but some is better than none.

I'll definitely have to try that. I've heard spincah is extremely nutritious and I am a big egg fan .

The blender is a great way to go. I don't like adding water because it, well, waters down the taste. Instead you can use a little juice such as orange juice instead. There's a ton of recipes out there - just google "green smoothie recipes". As the keywords suggest this is for smoothies that incorporate greens but there's a lot of other recipes out there that include various other vegetables as well. If you like carrots, for instance, google "carrot smoothie".

Often times if you combine greens with fruits, the sweetness of the fruit will overpower the bitterness of the greens and they can actually be really good, not something you have to down quickly to get it over with. Best of all your eating fresh, raw fruits and vegetables and it doesn't take but a minute to prepare.

Try V8 Fusion. It's vegetable and fruit juice mixed together and tastes amazing. I can't even taste the vegetables but it says on the bottle that it has the daily recommended amount of vegetables per serving.
