ouch, you dont like your sparring partners?

get 16oz, and maybe a more sparring friendly type glove.

Reyes gloves are known for being punchers gloves. The cushioning and material of the glove isnt friendly to your target. Youll probably hurt your sparring partner using 12oz, especially using reyes.

12oz are too small and Reyes are bastard gloves to be hit with.

Do the right thing and ask your coach, dont mind what anybody here tells you, then again, if he tells you to get 12 oz gloves for sparring find a new coach.

                exactly, don't mind this idiot.

anyway, get 16oz ALWAYS for sparring and don't buy reyes, they're notoriously easy to cause cuts and they are hard as bricks.

If you don't want your sparring partners to hate you get the 16oz.
