I tend to run no further than 4.5 miles around twice a week. I also do HIIT once a week.

How Many Miles A Day Do You Run?

Around 3.5 miles 4 or 5 times a week.
The route I run is basically one big 1.75 mile path round the block so I just do 2 laps of that, one lap will be slow jogging mixed with sprints and the other lap is for time.

If I have the day off, i run 2 miles before I eat, Then I eat lunch, eat dinner, then I do a night run of 2 miles and I eat another meal or snack, then sleep
so all in all 4 miles a day
Eventually I wanna do 5 miles in the morning and workout other parts of my body at night
