    Thats entirely relative really

for instance, you could have a great right body jab but poor right hook to the head.....

im tryin to say dat if u throw ur hardest right hook to sum1's body and its really hard wud dat mean dat the same hit wud be hard if hit at head. like cant sum ppl have hard punches to the body and throw the same shots at head and the effect not be great becoz of the type of force. example, maybe ur punches have alot of impact force, tehy wud hurt stomach but maybe not enuf force to shake the maks brain to a KO

The same punch would hit just as hard, presumably...if it hurt as much or not would depend entirely on who you hit.

sometime people may not be able to hit as hard in different angles...but usually it doesnt make a huge amount of difference.

no both punches use different techniques
just because you throw a punch hard
doesnt mean its going to do anything
so if you throw a correct punch hard to the head
but throw an improper one to the body
no its not going to do as much damage

what the hell kind of question is this
z i thought you said you ws in the gym

dont you have to take into consideration your opponets chin? If he's got a good one, makes sense to work the body and break it down so that head shot will ko him...otherwise you could be winging punches all night and still not accomplish what you want.

                thats true too
some peple heads are stronger than their bodies
                and vice versa

well, I'm no boxer, but I've always heard when your opponet has a hard noggin to work that body, break it down and when he 'loses his legs' THEN go for the ko! Makes a hard job a little easier

This is a question entirely about technique. TECHNIQUE, TECHNIQUE, TECHNIQUE.

As i was trying to tell to Punch Drunk over and over again, technique = power. But he couldnt seem to understand this simple point, maybe his lack of brain capacity. If you want a powerful punch to the body and head you need to practice your arsenal of punches so that when you need to bring either into action, you can do so succesfully. Someone may have a good body shot, but the technique used for both types of shot is completely different, so they may not necessarily have a powerful head shot aswell, if they dont know how to throw it properly.

Oh yeah another point for power is to build up muscle mass, not only in the arms ut also in the abs (i read somewhere). I mean this is a kinda unusual place if u were expecting to have a powerful punch, but if you think about it, strong stomach does mean strong power in a punch. The reason being that as you twist your body the ab muscles are used and so strong ab muscles would equate to good power alongside other factors.
