Title boxing has a good catalog with different brands of gloves, bags, etc. Best thing to do is go on several boxing company's websites and request catalogs. -

you might cheat yourself by working out at hoem on your own without the proper techniques
then you go into the gym and try ot do it right it will be different
and what do you mean not a good state to go to a gym
and not everyone who walks in the gym is in olympic shape
thats why there is trainers and remember rome wasnt built in a dayComment

I have used pro-am, but i think they are a waste of time!! they dont stock a lot of things they advertise! i have bought named products like ringside and Everlast, and they have sent pro-am copys!! So i have to waste my time sending stuff back
I wouldnt recomend them to anyone but here's the address anyway - http://proamboxing.co.uk/perl/v2b.cgiLast edited by elveiel; 12-07-2004, 03:12 PM.Comment

some good links there, very useful
as for being in shape, thats the main idea of going to a gym, if you feel that you are not fit enough, start cardio work, go out for runs, do some skipping at home, start with the basics if you dont want to go straight to a gym, as boxer2k5 said u might miss out on good advice on technique etc.Comment
