LOL. its good that you're inspired, but dont set yourself up for failure when you dont reach his level.

you need to do what works best for YOU. certain area needs improvement? work on that.

    each person is different.

Something like this would be reasonably accurate for most pro-fighters, as a day-to-day training regime where the aim is to keep in shape.
It's pretty far off when it comes to training camps, though.

People should realise that pro boxers like Floyd trains for a living. That means that he gets enough sleep and rest in between sessions, unlike most amateurs/low level pro's.

He runs something like 8 miles, he does occasionally do weighted exercises, and spars a bazillion 6 minute rounds. I don't remember exact specifics, but I remember enough to know that one and many others are fake. A lot of boxers routines on the internet are made up by people just to see who will believe it (especially a lot of Mike Tyson's routines).
            ^^^^this.

As soon as I read "Floyd stays away from weights" that's when I knew this wasn't right. Floyd does use weights, when he goes to the 24hr fitness gym. When he is in the boxing gym, the only weight he uses is for his neck exercise.

              Floyd on running:

“How far I run each day varies...And sometimes if I’ve sparred more rounds than usual on one particular day, won’t run at all. But when I do hit the road, I’ll do anything between five and eight-and-a-half miles going fast."
              Floyd on rope:

Mayweather will sometimes skip up to 20 minutes straight, often as a warming-up exercise.
              Floyd on sparring:

"I spar between eight and ten rounds every day to work on my technique and certain punches I'm going to use to expose the boxer I'm fighting. I'm working on my uppercut because I've noticed Marquez has been dropped a few times with that punch."
              Floyd on pads:

I'll do 30 minutes of padwork straight with no break at all."

I think it'd be a safe bet to take the training regime of a top fighter, double it, and that'd be Mayweathers.

He runs daily, his jumprope is done in one huge block ratehr than multiple rounds, he spars and insane amount, and so on.
25 min jumprope is the killer

he only used light weights for the delahoya fight and stopped after because he said he performed better without them

On the 24/7s they alwys show him punching with dumbbells. Floyd Sr. uses dumbbells too, and he is ripped for an old man.

I just wish I knew their exact routine.
