  • Need help!! Anyway I can lose 8-10 pounds in 3 days

    I have to make weight by Friday....I'm like 196 and I need to weigh 186 by Friday....anyway I can weight drain myself and still be able to run 3 miles on Friday.....

    For just a quick weight loss for the scales, drink lots and lots of water, eat something small once a day (under 10 grams of fat), excercise, excerise, and excercise. It's not good for you and is a loss of illegitimate weight, but for the scale's sake, it's what you have to do. Good luck.
