Shilstone is highly respected, but IIRC Michael Spinks actually ended up firing him because he wasn't getting the results.

With regard to his diet plan i recommend reading The Fat-Burning Bible: 28 Days of Foods, Supplements and Workouts That Help You Lose Weight by Mackie Shilstone - it's a good read, you can download it here: http://www.*******reactor.net/******...-Shilstone-pdf. He also owns some of his own GNC franchises so i imagine they stock the supplements his athletes use.
