Start with lighter weights and build your strength back up to how it used to be.

thats why people who are trying to build muscle, not necessarily for bodybuilding, dont run before lifting because your glucose levels get deleted during running leaving you weak and exhausted for lifting weights. If you want to make the best of your lifting then i suggest no more then 10-15 minutes of jogging before lifting as a warmup then do your lifting then do more jogging after. it would be best if you even split up the 2. do your jogging in the morning then lift later in the day after a meal or 2. if you have no choice but to continue doing it the way you are then your body will eventually adapt but the main reason to avoid lots of running before lifting is that it is counter productive in trying to build muscle.
