Anyone know anything about TREDMILLS?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I ordered this tredmill and should be coming to be next week. I havent paid for it but now i look at it it says its RECCOMENDED for walking .... WTF? I dont run too fast i just want to jog...light jog, and im 230 lbs

Its for $400 and is HALF off.

It also says it goes 8MPH ... is that fast enough for a jog?

It says "Recommended for walking only." I would cancel the order bro.

I'd say the problem would be durability. It's likely not built for abuse =D
So you might have to buy another one later. I prefer more srtudy ones myself. Spend a bit more, but I know it will handle the training (and if not, the warranty should cover, beacause it was supposed to).

I'd say buy another. But if you don't have the cash right now, it's way better than nothing, go for it. Anyway, good luck and good training

You could probably find better ones at Wal-Mart for cheaper.

usually a jog on a treadmill is between 6-7mph.

I'd return it to be safe though.
