    faster legs/feet?

Anyone have any good drills for increasing foot speed? I need to get my legs to feel a little springier so I can move in and out faster and pivot better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Plyometrics. Step-ups, jump rope, ladder work. running, squat hops.

      ladder work.
Shadows also work if you do them properly: focus on pivoting off or rolling out after every combo, you can also do this on the bag but guys tend to get distracted and focus more on hitting it hard instead of what their feet are doing

For feet, look up the dot-drill.

If you can't find it i'll post it.

This thing did so much for my footwork I can't even begin to explain. I recommend it to all fighters.

I also recommend when jump roping, moving all over the place and switching up consistently. Also if you want to be faster on your feet, always train with keeping your back heel up.

And always tell yourself after 2 seconds of standing to move.
