Then that explains it, you were hit in the liver.
You see, the liver is a very sensitive part of the body. Get a well placed hook to the liver, and you'll fold like a lawnchair...

I remember the first time I got hit in the liver, I realized that I didn't want to box, but that I actually wanted to be a librarian. Then I picked up my penis off the floor, screwed it back on and got in there again.

But yes, dont get hit in the liver.

Just for future advice. Never ever show that your hurt from a body shot. Do that in a competition and you've already lost.

I've taken some monster body shots from professionals and **** they hurt I just try to ignore it back up for a second, take some breaths and go back in.

Think that's bad? Wait until you get your ribs broken on that side...

Personally i crouch a bit as my stance and it brings the bottom of my ribs down to almost sitting in the bowl of my hips. the liver shots basically what happens when some one hits you liver and it knocks into your solar plexus the solar plexus is a giant nerve center in your abdomen that influences many things like your diaphram your diaphram kinda spazzes out for a second and you cant control it that feeling of tryin to breath as hard as you can but cant and while your trying your hardest to breath its like your lifes being ****** out of you. with your ribs lower its really hard to dig under the ribs and move the liver with a punch. aswell with the crouch your ribs are better situated over top of your solar plexus allowing you to take much much much harder shots right in the pit of your stomach then you could standing up straight.
