I need to be getting around 200gms a day, i find myself resorting to drinking a lot of non-fat milk to get the extra.
anyone know any cheap, easy sources of protein?

Ever tried Lentils? They're not something most people think of, but are very underrated.

Canned Tuna and Egg Whites. Dirt Cheap and Lots of protein.
But price per serving, you can't beat a tub of whey protein.

+ lean ground beef, salmon, greek yogurt (also great for healthy digestion), who grain wheat bread
get your self a scale and measure out your food so you know exactly how much your taking in so you can make sure of every little bit of food per meal.

Whey protein. Easy, cheap and the absorbtion rate is fantastic.

While Salmon is good source of protein, it's not exactly cheap.
