  • I plan on joining a gym in June and..

    I was wondering what kind of advice you guys and give me when it comings to anything as to getting to shape. Like meals, equipment, drills etc. i can't think of them all but any advice is welcome, thanks.

      couple things. i want to get my money together for one and i want to gather info on nutrition meal plans. and i don't want to spend all my money at once when i join.

          Id start doing sit ups now, going out for the occasional jog/bike ride, and possibly some pull ups if you have a bar/ledge/door frame that supports your weight.

          you dont need to do them in any kind of routine just do it when you can.

          this way when you get to the gym your allready in ok shape and you can use the gym for an hour instead of 30 mins or 30 mins instead of 15.

            good advice this way when he gets in the gym he already has a foundation

              We love our pull-up bar. There are lots of quality ones on the market now that just go on your door frame. We have the iron gym series.
