Too vague. What kind of shape are you in at the moment? When was your last fight? Do you need to lose weight? What is your skill level? Do you have any fights of yourself you can post?

Why don't you just rest during that break?

        Above ^^^

Im resting now, the whole of may and june but i will be going on occasional run once or twice a week. However, not competitive running like i would be doing if i was in training

To the other guy - Im in good shape at the moment, my last fight was the end of march. Im currently 68kg but want to get down to 66kg for september 11th.

I havent got any fights that i can post as of yet but in the next year or so i will do. My skill level is good, i think anyway lol. I like to come forward, bobbing and weaving and throwing hard shots. My trainer compares me to Tyson and a bit of pacquiao lol.

        hope that helps

its really hard for us to make u a training plan since we know nothing about u as a fighter, strenghts and weaknesses etc.

make sure u are in shape, do alot of running before u get back in the gym and a fair amount of groundwork. i would advise u to get back in the gym with more time to spare since it might take some time to get your rhytm and timing back.

make sure u spar alot up until the final week before the fight, every day if possible.

You've got tons of time so start by building youe base cardio by doing longer distance runs 3 or 4 with one day of sprints or intervals per week.

As you get closer to the fight your long distance runs will be reduced and your sprints will be increased.

No sense doing 4 days per week of sprints this far out. They wear you out more, so use that extra energy for improving technique. Start up the heavy sprints 6-8 weeks out and then taper down in the last two weeks.

Then what do you expect from a training camp? Us to make a schedule/program for you to keep en shape?

Dude, make your own damn training camp. Then post it. Then expect to be criticized and look at that constructively. As in, accept the good, ditch the bad, etc.

There is lots to learn in this sport, inside and outside of the ring. So get yourself educated in all aspects and don't look for shortcuts, cuz you're only cheating yourself.

                    Ready? Set? Go!
