  • I want to train today but I'm suffering from a bad bout of diarrhoea

    Hello guys,

I want to train later on but I'm suffering from a really bad bout of diarrhoea. I just wanted to find out if there was anything I could do to get through training. I don't want **** all over the gym floor or anything.

So, is there anything I could do or take that would allow me to get through it without a serious bowel surge, resulting in a horrible mess? I really don't want to miss out.

Ginger Ale is good for slowing/stopping diarrhea. But make sure you drinking plenty of fluids once you start working out or you'll get even more dehydrated.

Upset stomach and nausea, yeah Ginger Ale is good, not for diarrhea.

I'd just take the day off. It won't kill you.

Make sure you are staying hydrated.

And clean up your diet. That could be a reason you have diarrhea in the first place

nothing like Splashing **** all over the ring, Make's a great distraction well your sparring partner is getting smashed.

Working out when you're ill is the worst thing you can do - listen to your body its telling you not to train! I want to train tonight but am gutted becasue Ive developed a throat infection over the last couple of days, my body feels fine but Im a bit light headed and my throat is killing me so am going to have to just chill which Is really annoying but I know is the best thing - I think the work out will deplete my immune system even more tbh

Drink plenty of coffee just before your sparring
