Any MW, SMW + diets and training routines?

I am around the built of a MW/SMW. Anyone got any good diets and training routines from boxers at this weight level. Heavier weights also welcomed. Interested if routines and diets are public?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't belive that they're diets are any different from dedicated fighters at the other weights (maybe with the exception of heavy weights).

Yeah there really aren't specific workout designed for fighters at certain weights.

You could pretty much do any type of workout you want, just adjust your calorie intake in order to stay in your desired weight class.

Yeah, there aren't really specific workouts for each weight class.

I didn't get what to write on your topic...
          Will you be more specific?

Have any boxers from those weight classes made available details about their diet and training routine?
