how do you shoot the right hand without exposing yourself ?
when shooting the right hand from a paw/shoulder roll stance , you do 2 things :
(1) rotate off of your shoulder roll
(2) use your defending paw for offense and leave yourself open to a counter right
and i bet that to some of you it also involves
(3) getting out of your stance altogether without being able to defend yourself. (this relates to the active defense - the jab , as opposed to the previous 2 which involved the loss of passive defense)
