You only can pick a trainer once you been an establish fighter as an amateur or pro.Other wise you're stuck with whomever started training you specially if you look promising they won't let you go. Other facts that come in to play is your personal bond with your trainer it needs to be there phisically and emotionally.So it's hard to pick and chose no matter how accomplish the trainer is!

true words...lol.....i got lucky with my trainer...happens to b a pro...didnt know who he was when i joined the gym...it was an mma gym but he was the boxing coach...gr8 guy def has gr8 workout routine..he was on Contender season 1
