im trying to learn how to make one a pretty nice one with good wood not to cheap not to expensive though does anyone have ideas for the wood or any plans to share thanks for the help

this looks quite good and simple.

i have a cheap speedball already so i might try this, my speedball board vibrates loads because it isnt very heavy, so what i was going to try and do was bolt a weight on the top so that it stops, if that doesn't work then i might try this
