Thanks bud!! Yeah, I was blessed to have an exterior garage/workshop in addition to our garage attached to the house. I was lucky when we bought our house a year ago that I had this luxury and promised my wife she could do and decorate our house however she wanted, as long as I got the attic and the exterior garage to do what I wanted with it.

We got it down to a science, so setting up only takes a few minutes. Boxing gyms in NYC are too damn expensive, so we decided to set up our own. I would love to have a permanent set-up but I have nowhere to set up shop.

My next project is going to be making a medicine ball and a cyclone/tornado ball.

Quick question for alza1988 and Phantasm - Do you use the uppercut bag often enough to warrant a purchase? I never felt comfortable throwing uppercuts on a regular heavy bag and have been considering purchasing an uppercut bag to add to our set-up.

Thanks man .Yep I like it mate it's good for powerboxing and that .It can be good for straight shots as well moving round it working on speed if it's at the correct height .The ringside bodysnatcher and headshot bags are supposed to be good especially the bodysnatcher .If your looking to get something decent mate you should ask on the Rosstraining forum

That certainly is a sweet set up phantasm, and I'm jealous. The only prob i see is having the stands limiting footwork. Would be 10x sweeter if dbl end and such were floor to ceiling mounted. But seeing it is a home gym you get a pass for that and only wish i had 1/2 as cool a set up.

Thanks Truth! Yeah, that was a concern initiall when I put it up. Originally, before the stand, I had the heavybag, maze and doublr rnd bags hanging from the crossbeam, but everytime I hot the bag, the entire room shook, so I can bet it wasnt a weight bearing beam. And while the stand does limit the footwork some, it isnt as bad as I initially thought. I have at least 180 degrees of movement. And I did leave a second double end bag on the beam away from the stand, over by the mirror behind the maze bag (in my pictures).

Sure is! Dude, I'm so ****ing jealous. I'm not not into models or stars, but something about that chick gets my blood flowing.
