Heres a few videos of my gym. Im not the one doing the padwork in the videos im the one in the grey sparring in the background. The guy doing the padwork is my trainer at our gym in England. he goes to the mayweather camp at least 2wice a year in vegas and has pictures all over the gym of him and the mayweather family. By the way the 2 boys in the vidz are number 2 and number 10 in Great britain under 20, and there only 17

^That gym does not look like a home gym unless you live in a boxing gym. I'd like to see some pics of home gyms too as I'm in the process of building my own.

Anyone with a home gym,whether in the backyard or basement please show us your pictures.

I have a heavy bag on a stand in my basement (100 lb. bag) and another bag (70 lb.) with a broken zipper that hasnt been used since the summer... And I have a bench press and an EZ bar with 295 lbs. worth of weights... 2 sets of light dumbells that people have given to me ( 6 lbs.; 10 lbs.).. I have another really old small bench that I usually use while Im doing dips or plyometrics, and other various ****... I have a treadmill as well in my basement that I rarely ever use because I prefer running outside.. And as far as other boxing equipment Ive got a few headgears, like 2 ****ty pair of gloves that we usually just use on the bag, but one is 14 oz. and I use those when sparring sometimes as well as mitts and bag. I also have 2 nice pair, one a pair of everlast pro laceups, and one everlast professional training gloves, my favorites.. I also have a pair of pro fight gloves that a friend gave to me (BRAND ****ING NEW), he was like all into boxing for a lil bit and he bought them and when he stopped liking it they just sat there for years, he never used them one time besides just trying them on, clownin, so he gave them to me a few weeks ago and I have used them a lil bit for mitt work and light bag work.. I will put up pictures tomorrow of it I cant at the moment, but it's a pretty solid gym I think man me and me friends work out down here all the time! Not a whole lot of space, we spar occasionally because it's not something everyone wants to do all the time, some like it but dont want to do it as much as others, but when we do spar, we go in the backyard and have a set area and during winter we'll clear everything out of the way in the basement and it's alot of room. I'll put pics up tomorrow
