Hi, I have a fight tomorrow. I usually do a weight circuit every monday, I didn't do it think week because i've been mainly resting for the fight and didn't want to tire my body or make myself slower.
I stepped up on my the scales to get a bodyfat measurement and it's gone up by quite a bit in the week and to myself I feel smaller.
Could this be all in my head, I usually look bigger after doing a circuit but I assume that I should be still as strong or maybe stronger now?
