day of the fight i'll have coffee after weigh in. im 169 right now, gotta make 165. weigh ins our 4 and fights start 7:30 and i'll probably fight in the middle so i figure ill have at least 4 hours. my trainers putting on the show so ill be weighing in 4 on the dot

Sweating out weight?

167.5 after my workout. i didnt hit the sauna at all, i never gotta a chance to get to one but ive been using a sweat suit. i just did 6 rounds on the bag and about 20 mins on a stationary bike. i couldn't resist having some g****s when i got home. i should be within a pound by tomorrow without eating or drinking till weigh in.

Maybe a light walk in the morning as well with a jacket on

Also, a big part of making weight is knowing your body.
Know how much you can lose in a light training session, or on a light walk or jog.
Know how much you lose during sleep, how much you lose after urinating/defecating, how much you gain after water or juice or a sandwich etc
Do trials with all these things so you can plan your weight loss to suit your body.

^yea i know what u mean, i lose roughly 2 pounds sleeping after a workout so i feel comfortable where im at. i should be fine tomorrow

Myself, I have trouble losing weight. My weight is always very consistent, doesn't fluctuate much at all. I lose about 0.3 of a kilo during sleep which is just under a pound.
I carry very little fat even when not on a strict diet so all I really ever have to lose is undigested fibre in my gut which I clean out, and then water after that.
I'm also a really light sweater, I'm not like some guys who can drop 6-7 lbs per session, I only drop about 2. So when I'm in shape the most weight I can drop down through hard dieting and then fluid restriction before the weigh in is about 5 lbs, maybe 6.

u know your body good though, so at least u could schedule your training on how u lose weight. i lost around a pound in my sleep but i guess because i didnt workout to hard and theres not much left in there to burn up.
