^^although you rarely find someone who holds pads this way he is absolutely right.
..my coach at uni was the first guy to do that and it makes a big difference to punch accuracy, strange seeing as my coach at home is more sucessful but hasn't clocked it yet :s
its hard to find a good trainer thats for sure. ive had 3 trainers and they are/were the best around. 2 of them been in the game over 40 years.
