whats a better cardio workout

Stationary bikes don't work well for me. I prefer running on the treadmill with incline. To each their own though.

i run 10 km then sprint at the end.
you can do like 6x 100m sprints and thats ****ing hard and great for power and explosiveness.

the stairmaster can be a great workout. I knos you might think its a little wimmpy but it works. you can go 3 minutes hard 30 seconds or a minute on a easier setting. Juan Diaz does this instead of running. It saves your knees and if you go hard you can really get a great workout.
