Its normal as a first time thing, just keep doing what your doing (sparring), and learning.
You will also need to condition yourself. Do timed interval rounds, 2 minute rounds of circuit exercises. Or do sprints. aim for higher intensity and you will breeze through the rounds in no time.

Conditioning is obviously important but you got to make sure your body is stocked with energy to burn. Not eating for so long wouldn't of helped you. Eat the right amount of carbs and you'll feel alot better before you spar - even munch on an energy bar half an hour before you go to the gym

Ok thanks guys for your help, yea i gotta start running wether i like it or not if i plan on boxing, and yea im never going to the gym when i havent eaten pretty much all day, lol, unless i want to get my ass kicked, yea this isnt my first time sparring,i have sparred many many times before,i just hadnt sparred in a while, that might of been a huge factor of why i got tired so quickly,oh and also because i havent ran lol, will swimming also help me as much as running would? I would much rather swim than run lol, like Juan Diaz,he said he doesnt run, instead he swims and in every fight he seems to be in good condition.

you'll get use to it man.
its ***in fun and you can save energy if u fight with ur jab and stay on the outside.

Sparring isnt about winning or losing...
Its about building your skill and ofcourse everything that goes along with exercise. Just relax, spaaring isnt about egos, going out there full engine is for quick knock-outs , only if you are an experienced boxer, but even then you can punch yourself out. Just stay relaxed in the ring. You dont have to gp shot for shot, you can also learn how to weave shots from the opponent.
