    Yes I have...you. would be suprised how well the noodles hold up to punches...I mostly do straight flurries with them it takes less effort from the coach to match the fighters speed cause you are basically just flicking them out from the wrist and they are very light weight..the flurries help the fighters fast twitch muscles...the length of them allow for the coach to keep back at a distance which increases the coaches field of vision to look at Tue fighters body mechanics better..when you hope pads typically you.can't. Be in close with your fighter and have that fill body view at the same time....they are awsome for defense drills. Increase reaction time especially for straight shots...let me know amy other questions

      It's funny seeing the coaches use those "pool noodles". When I use to train, my coached used the rattan sticks as the pool noodles, A rattan stick is what they use to hit PAC with to condition the body.
