        Those are tough but they are more core and lats then delts.
        I would suggest Lateral and bent over lateral raises if you want to hit them real hard.

          ^They have videos on the proper technique for an overhead press. If you do it properly it activates all of your deltoids.

          Also, they have videos of the correct technique for bent over barbell rows, which will use the posterior (rear) deltoids, lats, lower back and biceps

          ..also basic pullups use the posterior deltoids to some extent, along with the lats, biceps, forearms and t****zius muscles
