        Ill start:

How old are you - 15

How long have you been boxing - nearly 3years

How much do you weigh - 66kg

Whats your training routine like - Mon,wed, fri in the boxing gym for 2 hours. spar, pads etc

Tuesday and sundays, running and sprints. Sometimes stomach workout but always shadow boxing

Looking to post some of my fights in the future
        I'm 24 years old.
I used to box from 17 to 21.

I started competition at 18 years old and I always was a "middleweight amateur" so 75 KG.

My training routine was like your, mon, wed, fri in the gym,and I was running a lil bit the week end.

Don't know if you already started kid.

But you have to have hard sparring sessions, then you will be ready to war.
Beginners win their fights with balls and stamina more than skills.
It's cool to train but you gotta be ready mentally, focused.
        When I say focused,
I mean focused on your fight, you don't care, who is in the crowd,if your opponent look strong,YOU DON'T CARE,but focused on your fight,on what you are doing.

                How old are you? 19

How long have you been boxing? Little over 2 years

How much do you weigh? 141lbs/64kg

Whats your training routine like? im in the gym around 2,5-3 hours a day 5 days a week. shadowboxing 10+ rounds, heavybag 3+ rounds, double end bag 3 rounds, speedbag 15min straight, jumprope 15min straight. sparring is inconsistent, i sparr atleast 3 times a week though (monday, wednesday, friday) sometimes more. usually 3-4 rounds, atleast 2, 6 at most. i try to switch up my groundwork for maximum progress. i run 3 times a week (tuesday, thursday & saturday) i also do groundwork on saturday.

i used to do that anyways, got sick recently and have been out of the gym a while. just started running again like 2 weeks ago, done some basic groundwork too so i wont die once i get back in the gym. hopefully ill be back monday, ill have to build up to my old routine though.

How long have you been Boxing? My whole family on my Dad's side boxed so I started learning once I could walk and talk. I started going to the gym with my uncle when I was 9 so I guess we could say 12 years.

How much do you weigh? I walk around and fight at about 163lbs. I don't go up and down much for fights.

Training Routine? I run MWF 5 miles, I run intervals on TR. I go to the gym for 2:30 hours on MTRF. On Wednesday I go swim and do some circuit training but I don't box. Sunday I go for a 3 mile run to get back into the swing.

My schedule changes pretty drastically every time my schedule at school changes.
