Favorite part of sparring....

- Left hook to the body when your opponent starts with a jab. (In Roy vs Woods there's a perfect example)

- right hand over your opponents jab (Muhammad Ali)

-Right Uppercut when your opponents is running after you (Kessler VS Calzaghe, Round 4)

- Keep your left hand low, when your opponent is coming you pick up with a right hand followed by a left hook (dunno).

I love to earmuff up and let my opponent get through the guard.

Then he throws the left hook body then left hook head.

Right uppercut then as soon as he tries for the left hook to the head I shoulder roll and catch him with a hard straight right hand making him kiss the canvas.

That girly combination he tries on me fails every time!

In that situation, my favourite combo is lead left uppercut, right straight, left hook to the body, right uppercut to the head. Each punch thrown harder than the one before it. Nasty stuff.
