Just give your body enough time to rest in between and at first don't push it if you're not in a good physical condition. If you strain a muscle or something you'll end up losing important training time.
If you're familiar with boxing fundamentals shadow box just make sure you do it correctly. You don't wanna pick up bad habbits.

Just go to the gym. Sure you'll be really tired at first but nothing will get you in shape ready to box like boxing will, and if you start now you will have a few extra months of actual technical boxing training that you won't get if you spend the time running and doing weights on your own.

Don't do any shadow boxing or bagwork or any technical stuff when you don't have a proper trainer because you're just likely to develope bad habbits that will be harder for you to break when you start training at the gym.
