it is a very good documentary about Mark Kerr, an MMA fighter who struggled with drugs during his career.

I think you guys should see it because it demonstrates how important self-discipline is, and how important focus is.

And when you are disciplined, and hungry, you are totally different from when you're just fighting for money.
