    Depends what I feel like at the time but generraly just put my ipod on shuffle and train to whatever lol, as long is there is music i'm not too bothered

        I listen to mainly just rap... Hardcore, gangsta rap, no gucci mane oj da juiceman gorilla zoe bull****.... I listen to Cassidy, Fabolous, Maino, Jay-Z, Curren$y, Nipsey Hussle, DMX, Eminem, Royce Da 5'9", K-Yay, Detroit rap, Beanie Sigel, Sheek Louch, Styles P, Jadakiss, Max B, NAS, Big L, Biggy, Pac, LL Cool J, A Tribe Called Quest, Public Enemy, Busta Rhymes, Uncle Murda, Wutang, Raekwon, Methodman, Lil Boosie... I could name a million dudes I **** with or songs I **** with... Also, alot of funk, old school ****... Rick James, James Brown, ect.

            Depends on the workout.

            If it's something intense, I need something fast to listen too. More relaxed training, I normally listen to some more low tempo stuff.

            Anything from rock to rap. johnny cash to japanese ****. Just depends on the mood, thats why I just put my mp3 on shuffle.
