    i heard they were, i heard all the marathon runners have it before competing

    anyone heard about milkshakes being good for u

    before fights n training??


    not the mcdonald ones but like a home made banana one or smoothies?

    Short answer: yes.

    Long answer: depending on what you put in them. I mean all they are is easily absorbed carbs with protein, and maybe some fat considering depending on what kinds of fruit you use. Overall a good thing if you are going to be using alot of energy, but once again, too much and not burning it, stored as fat.

        I know post workout, it's good stuff for you. One of the best post-workout drinks is chocolate milk. Make a chocolate milk milkshake but with more fruit...delicous and nutritous.

          theres ice cream in milkshakes which isnt ideal if u want to keep weight of, o u damn sure cant drink it on a regular basis. a smoothie would be much better, has youghurt instead. u can drink that every day, in fact i recommend u do.

            Full fat chocolate milk for best recovery. drink it after training and you won't put on any weight from experience.

            if you want just vitamins barocca is pretty good.
