arm injury

    I have been doing a lot of weight training to gain some strength because for some reason i'm no anyway near as strong as some of the people i train/box with.
    usually every other day . been doing this for 4months or so, but all of a sudden my right arm just cant lift as heavy any more.
    Eg, i was doing 4 sets of 10 reps dumbell curls with 14kg weights my left can still do it now but my right cant get past 5 reps

    I've stopped training with weights for a couple weeks but i started again yesterday it was better but still not the same .
    any tips ideas?

    hard to give any suggestions when we don't know what's wrong with your arm. i've only had 2 injuries that have prevented certain aspects of training, once i tried to push through and i just made the injury worse, and it took longer for me to get back to normal training. my advice, for what it's worth, just work out other things not pertaining to arms. your arms provide only a very minor function of your entire body anyways, and bigger arms suck to have to hold up for so long.
