I have been doing a lot of weight training to gain some strength because for some reason i'm no anyway near as strong as some of the people i train/box with.
usually every other day . been doing this for 4months or so, but all of a sudden my right arm just cant lift as heavy any more.
Eg, i was doing 4 sets of 10 reps dumbell curls with 14kg weights my left can still do it now but my right cant get past 5 reps
I've stopped training with weights for a couple weeks but i started again yesterday it was better but still not the same .
any tips ideas?
