    better for fat loss?

doing sprint intervals is good for fat loss.

whats better for fat loss, doing them in the morning? or doing straight after boxing training? (I usually do them after because i wanna feel fresh when i go boxing).

Morning, it kick starts your motabolism and gets it going right away. Than you eat once your done and your body will burn off the food quicker, and grab onto whatever nutrients it needs.

By the time you do your boxing workout you should be well rested and ready to go.

I wouldnt say sprints after a boxing workout are bad, but sprints take a lot of energy. Not only are you doing them for weight loss, but your building your leg muscles, and training your body to recover quicker after using burst of energy. You just wont get the full benefit after a tough boxing workout. You'll still burn fat though.

Any mate, both have their advantages and disadvantages.
For example if you dont really have time in the morning you might end up rushing the sprints by not getting enough rest in between or by missing out on a few reps.
But like the last guy said it can kick start your metabolism, but then again you need to be careful with doing sprints before breakfast, because you're body can be hungry and dehydrated when you wake up which when coupled with doing high intensity training.....it wont go down well.

Whereas a good advantage to doing it after your boxing training is the same principle as doing cardio work after a weights training session instead of before.
The theory is that after your boxing training you will have used a lot of your muscle glycogen so your body will more readily burn body fat.

But you will find one works better for you than the other.
So i say just try them out and mix it up.

the best time to run for fat loss, training, or anything is whenever you can get out and run.

you will only loose fat after 20 minuets of exercise depending on how fit you are. because you have to burn off all your fat stores before you start loosing weight.
