    I don't get the whole thing with "losing your legs" either.

    It's a myth. As far as I'm concerned. I haven't fought but I've played other sports and I jerk off/have *** more than once a week and it never negatively effects my performance or how I recover.

        Exactly, in the words of Mick from Rocky- WOMEN WEAKEN LEGS! But **** that, I say keep it balanced no matter what atleast... Dont have ***/********** everyday while training for a fight, you'll lose focus... I probably would atleast... I keep it healthy, usually 3/7 nights a week are spent with a woman fornicating... And the rest of the days I dont lay a finger on my ****, I try to just focus on training and thats it, and when im not training, ill keep my mind on everything but ***, like sports, school, work, ect... and if I get in the mood, then I'll say **** it... It's not bad once in a while to have it more than a 3 times a week, but if you are someone who's horny all the time then that sucks for you!

          This topic has been covered numerous times..

          When you ejaculate your body releases endorphins which relax your mental and physical state, basically your body telling you that your jobs complete.

          *** slightly increases your testosterone temporarily for the current time being, but lowers your drive and energy level due to the endorphins released.

            Having *** is a physical activity. ***ing the night before a fight probably drains you physically a bit.

            i don't think masturbating a normal amount (29 times a day is normal, right guys?) would harm you at all.
