    finding a gym

i realy want to take up boxing but cant find a gym that offers it. closest is a normal gym with boxercise. how can i go about finding one? all ive tried so far is yell.com. other thing is i might get a heavy bag. what is a good price to pay for one? thanks

Do you have a telephone directory? You could look in there. You could also look on google or ask around.

Hey man even if you can only get there once every two weeks, it's better than nothing.

thats true. unless i have to pay monthly regardless of if i go or not. the problem is i would have to bike there and i hate being on the road in the day, let alone late at night after being hit repeatedly in the head do boxing gyms generaly have weight lifting things as well? i would still like to carry on with weight lifting but wont be able to afford this and a normal gym

not generally no, why dont you just buy your own set of weights and weight lift at home?

Also cant you get the train up?
